Here is a condensed version of my T.O.S in case you don't want to read the full text:
PAYMENTS:
Full payment upfront for Sketch Comms, Skeb-Like Comms, Pay-What-You-Want-Style Commissions, and YCHs except we talked about a payment plan.
Payment after sketch approval for other types.
If no payment after sketch, I can reuse the art (except for your original characters/Intellectual property).REVISIONS:
No revisions for Sketch Comms, Artist Discretion, Pay-What-You-Want-Style unless I choose to.
Clear instructions and poses preferred for other commissions.
Free changes at the sketch stage, but lineart changes: +$3, shading changes: +$5.DEADLINES:
Turnaround time varies but is usually fast; up to 3 months after payment.USE:
You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes and edit with credit.

Discord is best for initial contact.
- Payment for Sketch Comms, Skeb-Like Comms, Pay-What-You-Want-Style Commissions and YCHs before I start drawing.- Payment for other commission types after we agreed on a sketch.
If I finish a sketch and you won't pay I reserve the right to re-use my art for any purpose I wish for (eg. other commissions or YCHs) though I will, of course, not include or use the design of your original character.- Payment- Plans are possible If we are both okay with It.- Prices are shown in $ but I also accept €
Sketches, Artist Discretion, Pay-What-You-Want-Style Commissions and YCHs:
- No Revision for these Commission types unless I personally choose to.
Commission Types or YCHs that are not sketches:
- For any commissions that are not mainly artist discretion I prefer to work with clear pose ideas and instructions.- I might redraw the whole pose once in case I missunderstood you, this does not apply If you suddenly change your idea though (eg. You say you want the character standing, I sketch the character standing and after I finished the pose you suddenly decide you prefer the character sitting)- Apart from that all other changes are free at sketch stage (body type changes, expression changes, etc.)
I will apply changes for colors once except If we try out different colors variants (eg. color changes on outfit etc.) but please make sure you always have a reference you can actually pick colors from (in other words: not shaded or otherwise hard to pick from)- Changes on lineart are +3$ each, please make sure you let me know everything I should change at the sketch stage
- Changes after I started shading are +5$ eachUsually I'm not very strict with this though and will try to get the comm perfect for you so don't be afraid to ask for changes, this is just in case you really want A LOT of changes c:
My turnaround time is highly variable depending on type of commission and amount of work, usually I finish in 5 - 21 days but I reserve the right to take up to 3 months from the moment I receive the payment.
The picture you receive is all yours, you may do with It as you please.You might:- Use It for anything non-commerical you want, including printing (posters, Dakis) for personal use- Edit It with credit on what you changed (crop It, change color hue, etc.)- Upload It to different sites with proper credit- Use It for commercial use after agreeing on terms with me
- I retain the copyright to all artworks.
- You are allowed to use, modify, or resell the image according to the agreed-upon usage.- I can continue to use the artwork for my portfolio or for monetized content and upload It to any site chosen (or not) unless otherwise agreed. Prive Commissions are possible but will have an additional fee.- If you have specific requests regarding usage, we can clarify them individually.
I don’t do refunds after payment unless I personally choose to, e.g. If I decide I don’t want to work on a commission or with a commissioner anymore (which is highly unlikely but can happen), then I will fully pay the amount you paid back.
Communication
I highly prefer communication via discord, other sites we could communicate are all my listed socials but please keep in mind I tend to forget anything apart from discord very easily and I don't check my other social media on a regular basis so Discord is highly preferred.
